The Painting Contractor Behind 35 Years of Medford Homes

Travis Sheets is a Medford, Oregon painting contractor. One owner, one small crew, and a standard that has kept the schedule booked for years.

Owner / 01

Travis Allen Sheets

Travis started painting professionally 35 years ago as a way to pay for college, and it turned into a career built on quality workmanship. He likes the transformation: a fresh interior that makes a house feel new, or an exterior repaint that protects a home in Medford, Oregon for years. What started as a job became a standard he holds every project to, because people are trusting him with a major investment.

The specialty is better-than-new results on repaints, inside or out, with an emphasis on surface preparation, caulking, priming, and two coats of top-notch paint. That extends to clear-finish wood care, from interior stain-grade trim and cabinetry to exterior deck coatings. Clients describe the same experience in review after review: detailed bids, a crew that shows up on time, careful masking, and a spotless cleanup.

Travis works with a small crew that clients consistently call courteous and tidy, and he stays on the job himself from the first walkthrough to the final touch-up. When a project calls for a trade he does not cover, he refers a network of fellow tradesmen he trusts, including a general contractor.

Signature Project / 03

A Fire Lookout on a Rock Summit

Some projects say more about a painter than any brochure could. The U.S. Forest Service brought Travis in for historic preservation work on Hershberger Lookout, a fire lookout perched on a rock outcrop in the Rogue-Umpqua Divide Wilderness. No driveway, no power, no room for error.

The same care that protects a landmark works on a kitchen in Central Point or a full exterior in east Medford. It is the reason a church in Jacksonville keeps calling him back, and the reason a Medford realtor sends every client his way.
