Cabinets & Wood Finishes
Cabinet work is close-up work. Doors and drawers come off, hardware is labeled, and every surface is cleaned, sanded, and primed before a sprayed or brushed finish goes on. We also do the harder jobs: stripping paint from wood cabinets, matching a stain to the rest of the kitchen, and refinishing front doors, like a mahogany entry with white oak veneer panels we brought back from the weather.

Decks & Home Improvement
Decks take more abuse than any painted surface on the house. We build, repair, and refinish them: sanding to bare wood where needed, then oil stains that soak in and protect. One redwood deck we re-stained is fifty years old and still going strong. On the home improvement side, we handle the small carpentry that comes up on nearly every paint job, so you do not need a second contractor for trim repair or new hardware.
